Motocycle stolen in Tagb, recovered in Panglao

A motorcycle was stolen and subsequently recovered by the police on Thursday, reports said.

Reports said a motorcycle parked along a road in Manga district went missing after the owner attended a birthday party.

A witness said she saw someone taking the motorcycle.

The suspect was identified as a certain Richie Lopena, 29, a resident of barangay Manga. He was seen by witnesses dragging the motorcycle.

Police conducted a follow-up operation in Panglao that resulted to the recovery of the vehicle.

The vehicle is now with the police in Tagbilaran as charges will be filed shortly against the suspect.
